Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Due to our multiple locations stock may be spread between stores. Since all mail is processed by our head office, delays may occur in the event that the item of your order is currently located in a different store.

While we do our best to ensure that our online stock is current and correct mistakes can happen and inventory can differ. You will be contacted in the event that this occurs and you will be given the option to wait for it to be back in stock, a refund or in the event that your item is out of stock and cannot be remade or is discontinued you will be offered a refund, or alternative product.

Finally, we ship with Australia Post and while we trust their ability to securely deliver your order we have no control over their processes.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

As a part of our service we provide Free Domestic shipping across the whole of Australia. All packages that are sent from Head Office are shipped via Express Tracking with Australia Post. You will be provided with a tracking notification when your package has been shipped.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping wait with free local pickup at Geraldton. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 5 business days. We will send you an email and/or text when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are the same as our business hours. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. To check the status of your order please send your order number to and we look into if for you. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
